Understanding and Managing Stress & Anxiety

The Mindful Life are currently offering a fully funded online 4-week course designed for adults aged 65 and over: Understanding and Managing Stress & Anxiety. This supportive group programme begins on Wednesday 15th July and helps participants understand why we experience stress and anxiety, whilst providing practical strategies to balance emotions and improve wellbeing. Sessions are delivered online via Zoom, creating a welcoming environment where participants can learn from both the facilitators and each other. The programme is completely free to attend, with no cost to participants. We simply ask that individuals commit to attending all four sessions to gain the greatest benefit from the course. Participants will also be invited to attend a follow-up focus group to reflect on their experiences and help shape future provision.
